Relationship wellness is for couples who are in a partnership, relationship, married or not. The goal is to improve the couples' relationship, or sometimes to help them decide whether or not they should continue staying together. Relationship wellness often includes sessions designed to improve problem-solving, build communication skills, and identify life goals and relationship responsibilities. Other common issues include infidelity, anger, financial problems, illness, or other life changes. Depending on the level of distress in the relationship, engagement can be short-term or over a period of several months or long-term.

The only way, is through. For centuries, the breadth of story telling has given way to personal freedom. Ancestors used stories as their armored quilt and language as transportation. Story is the thread we pull on to reach a deeper level of ourselves.
The intention of story processing is to provide persons in various stages of life to come and feel heard, seen and acknowledged. This is a model of trauma informed care and space can be held for, but is not limited to, survivors of trauma, persons processing their own birth experience or families who have experienced loss as a result of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, still birth, early infant death or termination for medical reasons. This is a space to feel safe and empowered, please bring something you are ready to release. During your intake, allow yourself the agency to voice how much ~or little~ input you would like from Tianna throughout your session. You are invited to tell your story or listen to one that speaks to your experience!
Some concepts we may explore are the power of vulnerability, demands for duality in our culture honoring our deepest knowing and the transformation that comes with surrender.

Remembering and returning to your highest self starts with unlearning the negative patterns and behaviors that do not serve our highest vibration. Often we eat comforting junk foods that may “feel good” in the moment, but have us feeling depleted after. Or even saying yes, when you really want to say no. Disconnection between the mind, body and spirit will have us operating in ways that are unfamiliar to self. And this is why we need to detox.
We will detox the mind by removing limiting beliefs and thought patterns that are no longer serving you. We will detox the body by flooding the body with plant based nutrient dense foods and herbal support that will detoxify glyphosate, candida, parasites and impacted waste and toxins. We will detoxify our spirit by focusing on the things around us and hard to break habits that lead to spiritual and energetic drain. This program will be customized to fit your individual needs.
