Workshop
This class introduces the fundamental principles of Dunham Technique, which blends classical ballet, modern dance, and Afro-Caribbean movement to create a fluid, and powerful dance style. We will engage in a dynamic warm-up, focusing on isolation, undulation, and polycentric movement, followed by progressions across the floor that incorporate the grace, athleticism, and rhythmic vitality of Dunham’s technique. This class highlights spinal articulation, percussive footwork, and storytelling through dance.
